SSSSSI,are you sure you understand something in football? 98 2 goals ok but where 3 assists ? Zidane doesn't won the golden ball in 2006. He was absent for the beginning of each world cup,injury or red card!Without him they could won,he was in the best team at the good time it's all.Djorkaeff was a lot btter than Zidane in 98 and 2000.So Platini is the best I agree with Sakhalin.Platini rules !!!

Both are impossible to compare: different styles, visions etc... Platini was more of a scorer and a leader. Zizou more a distributor and may be more gifted technically speaking! OVERALL, I prefer Zizou but one thing I am certain of: Platini is the BEST free kicker and long range passer EVER!

Platini did what the game needed,no more. Zidane did some hip hop with ball and often loose the ball after that.Platini is a complete player,two feet,free kick,THE 10,head,vision of game, a real captain,long and short pass,he attacks and defends.Zidane dance around with the ball and...nothing.Just Zidane is just good to be in a circus because he can do much things with the ball than Platini,that's the only point he's better than Platini.
